1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

1.2 Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Show no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.


1.3 Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used perfumes.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

Sale, clearance, or final-sale items.

Damaged items due to misuse or negligence by the customer.

2. Return Process

2.1 Request a Return:

2.2 Approval of Return:
Returns must be approved by our team before shipping back any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2.3 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


2.4 Return Address:
Approved returns must be sent to the address provided in the return confirmation email.

Allow up to 7–28 business days, for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

3.4 Deductions:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A restocking fee of 50 AED may apply to certain returns.
